Find your Steam Folder by typing “steam” into the search bar. Your save game files should be in SavedGames folder. Once inside AppData folder, find Local > TSCGame > Saved > SavedGames. If you don’t see Appdate there then you may need to “show hidden files” for it to appear. 
Now find the folder that has the user’s name, inside that folder, there will be a folder called AppData. Go to your C drive and then double click users. Here is how you can locate the save game files on both operating systems.
